YieldTrackPro LLC provides aggregated ETF analytics for YieldMax® products. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or trading signals.

2. Accuracy of Information

We use a professional FIFO engine and audit data, but results may contain errors or omissions. YieldTrackPro LLC provides this service "as is," with no warranties of accuracy or completeness.

3. Subscriptions

• • Free tier: 90-day Realized P&L history, ads enabled.
• • Paid tier: $19.99/month, 270-day Realized P&L history, ad-free.
• • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel anytime via the Stripe Billing Portal.

4. Ads

Free users will see Google AdSense ads, which refresh when filters or pages change. Paid tier removes all ads.

5. Promo Codes

Promo codes may be offered. They are single-use, non-transferable, and may be revoked if abused.

6. Limitation of Liability

YieldTrackPro LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or trading decisions made using information from the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
